E-Statements allow you to safely access your monthly statement through It’s Me 247 Online Banking instead of getting paper statements in the mail. At the beginning of each month, you will receive an e-mail notice from the credit union that your MidUSA Credit Union statement is ready for viewing. Just visit It’s Me 247 Online Banking to securely retrieve your E-Statement. No additional username/ID or password is necessary–just your Online Banking log in! You can print your statement from your personal computer, or you may save the file to your computer for record keeping. Six months’ statements will be stored for your convenience.

To sign up for E-Statements, simply log in to It’s Me 247 Online Banking and click on the “My Documents” tab. If you have a MidUSA CU Checking Account and you do not currently have Online Banking, print and complete the application form for Online Banking and drop it off at any MidUSA CU location to get started.

MidUSA CU offers an array of online services under a single UserID and password. Do your banking anytime – day or night – right in your own home, office, or anywhere you have a personal computer and Internet access. Your accounts remain confidential through the MidUSA CU secured Online Banking web site.

It’s Me 247 Online Banking

With It’s Me 247 Online Banking, you can keep in touch with your MidUSA accounts any time, any place! If you have a computer and a connection to the Internet, you can use It’s Me 247 Online Banking to check balances, transfer money and stay connected with your MidUSA accounts around the clock. To enroll in Online Banking, please contact a MidUSA associate.

To connect to It’s Me 247:

  • Visit
  • Click the It’s Me 247 Online Banking Login icon
  • Enter your account number (or username, if you have created one) and click Submit
  • Enter your password and click Next. If you have logged in before, you will also need to answer one of your chosen security questions.
  • First time users should follow the instructions on the screen to change your temporary password and set up your security questions and other settings
  • When the It’s Me 247 screen appears, you are in!

Tips for First-Time Users

After registration for online banking, the first time you log in to your accounts in online banking, you’ll need to enter your account number and temporary password. Your temporary password is the last four digits of your Social Security number. You’ll be required to change that to a permanent password in order to finish logging in the first time.

  • To keep your accounts secure, choose a password that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess.
  • Don’t use a birth date, or a child’s or pet’s name. Instead, use a combination of letters and numbers, or add symbols, or use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters to make it more difficult for someone to guess.
  • Never write down your password or share it with others!
  • Look for other tips on choosing a secure password when you log in for the first time.

After you log in, you’ll be asked to provide answers to three Security Questions that you get to choose. If you forget your password later, you’ll just need to answer these questions and online banking will help you set up a different password and get logged in.

To enroll in Bill Payment, simply log in to It’s Me 247 online banking and click the “Pay & Transfer” icon. Step-by-step instructions will guide you through enrollment and set up. You’ll be ready to go!

My Virtual StrongBox

My Virtual Stongbox

My Virtual Strongbox (MVSB) allows you to access important documents at the tip of your fingers! You can conveniently save important documents safely and securely through It’s Me 247.  MVSB is safe and trusted, dedicated and versatile. Member files will be protected with encryption and only you will have access to the documents you load. You also have the option to safely share documents with anyone you want via a secure link.

You can access MVSB via a Single Sign-On (SSO) from within It’s Me 247.  You can conveniently save your important documents, such as wills, mortgages, tax documents and loan forms—all safely and securely.  MVSB also allows you to exchange documents via a secure link.  You can also share documents with whomever you wish. This alternative to secure email and file exchange services has proven to be very popular, and allows MidUSA to provide a top-notch service to our members.

All members are allocated 10MB of storage free!  If you would like to add additional storage, you can upgrade right on MVSB for a very minimal annual fee.

Credit Card Online Statements

Members with a MidUSA Credit Union MasterCard® credit card may view monthly statements online through the Online Banking web site by clicking on the “My Documents” link. No additional signup is necessary to view credit card statements online. If you do not currently have Online Banking, please contact a MidUSA associate.
